Shipping Information and Policies

Eryn's Bears will ship you order anywhere in the world. We ship to the US using US Priority Mail, US Express Overnight Mail and UPS Ground.  We to the United States and Canada as well as US Territories and APO's and FPO's. We DO NOT ship internationally other than Canada and APO's / FPO's..

All orders for items in stock received by 2:00PM CST will be shipped that day, including overnight and 2 day shipments.   If an order is received after 2:00PM CST we will do our best to get it shipped that day, but we cannot guarantee that it will be shipped that day, please take this into account when requesting Overnight or 2 day shipping service.

If we receive multiple orders from you in a single day period, we will try to combine the orders and we will refund you any shipping costs saved by combining the orders.

After we ship your order, you will receive a shipping advisory via email letting you know we shipped your items.  The email will list how the items were shipped and any special information such as tracking numbers, special instructions or shipping refund information.

When you check-out utilizing our "Shopping Cart Check-out Page", shipping costs are automatically calculated based upon the shipping method you choose at the bottom of the check-out page.  Shipping methods can be changed at any time during the order process and is accomplished by clicking on the "drop down dialogue box" on the check-out form and selecting the shipping method you desire.
